If it weren't for the current feed-in-tariff I would not have gone ahead with a 3KW system. If I'd known that there was a potential to lose this tariff after August 2010 I would not have installed at all. Government has to get serious about cutting green house emissions & providing RECS & GROSS feed-in-tariffs is going to help, not only in emissions reduction but in providing employment/industry incentive. |

Why is it, that in QLD the KWH prices from the supplier goes up, but the feed in price stays?
I thinking to upgrade my system, but then it would support this type of behavior. "World class thinking?????" |

80c/kWh is too generous.
50c/kWh would be more than enough and it would be much easier to fund than 80c/kWh. Gross is a bad idea as well as it slashes the incentive to be efficient with energy. State systems size limits are also too small. We should consider our farmers who could put in 100kW systems. |
